Last weekend was quite lovely. :) Ryan took me out to see Wedding Crashers and then we went to Eat n' Park. He got his first paycheck last week and I think he spent it all on me, but that's what he said he wanted to do. :0) My boyfriend is probably the sweetest guy in the world. I talked to Billy for a bit too, he wanted to come visit me in Oakland but I wasn't down there. I miss his silliness.

Saturday I woke up early to watch my sister run cross country :) Then I went to Ryan's grandparents 50th anniversary party so we basically just had to get dressed up and eat lots of food. Afterwards we went back to my house and played some sweet old school Nintendo games. Pinbot is just amazing.

My grandparents came over for dinner on Sunday and I got to choose what we had for dinner on Monday :0) I definately get special treatment when I'm home on the weekends since I'm not there all week. It's awesome. It's nice just to spend time with my family around the dinner table and watching tv and whatnot.

This week went by fairly quickly, I guess because there were only 4 days and I was busy. I don't think anything particularly exciting happened but then again, when does it?

Yesterday my Modern Japan professor talked about Japanese plays for an hour and fifteen minutes. I wanted to shoot myself in the face. I guess most people taking that class are actually interested in Japan though. o well.

I kind of miss my poetry class even though I've more or less stopped writing poetry all together. It made me analyze my emotions too much, so I decided to give it up for a bit. I may go to a reading sometime soon just because I like the art form.
